Accommodation for Students

The Accademia will help its students to find a suitable accommodation

Flat (shared)

Flats are located only in the centre of the city. Max 5 minutes walking distance from the school. Flats are entirely furnished, self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen. Free wi fi. Costs of heating and electricity not included and are to be paid according to consumption. Rooms are available for the period of one day before the start of the course until one day after the finish of the course. Read more about the housing

4 weeks

  • single room: € 530
  • single room with private bathroom: € 590
  • double room (available for 2 students who register at the same time): € 390 each
  • double room with private bathroom (available for 2 students who register at the same time): € 480 each

2 weeks

  • single room: € 290
  • single room with private bathroom: € 340
  • double room (available for 2 students who register at the same time): € 213 each
  • double room with private bathroom (available for 2 students who register at the same time): € 240 each

Each extra day in:

  • single room: € 40
  • double room: € 30 each person

One bedroom flat

The rent is for single occupancy, please contact us about availability and costs of flats for double occupancy.

4 weeks – sole use of a one bedroom flat: € 860

2 weeks – sole use of a one bedroom flat: € 460

Each extra day: € 50

Prices start from $250 per week for a Single Room.

Hotel

Prices start from $50 per night per person. According to the category required

Meals

At the beginning of the course students receive a card from the Accademia which offers them a price reduction (6€ to 20 €) at selected restaurants, pizzeria and trattoria.
